ETS NORD is a company specializing in comprehensive ventilation solutions that operates in Finland, Estonia, Sweden, and Denmark.

The partnership between G-Works and ETS NORD began with a website redesign back in 2015 and has continued closely to this day. In 2020, a more comprehensive redesign was carried out, updating the entire website from its old layout and functionality to a more modern design.

Starting points

It had been some time since the last website redesign, and new needs had arisen along the way. Instead of continuing to develop the old website, the decision was made to completely revamp the entire site to better serve customers, users, ETS staff, and partners.

Objectives

The goal of the new website was to make it customer-oriented and focused on sales and service. The visual design also clearly needed a refresh.

Implementation

The ETS website was designed to precisely meet the needs of carefully segmented target groups. From the very beginning of the project, the sales perspective was taken into account in both the design and implementation.

One of the cornerstones of the project was a new, efficient solution for managing the company’s product information. As part of the overhaul, extensive integration with a separate product information management (PIM) system was implemented.

The final result

The website redesign project was a resounding success and met all of its objectives. Thanks to the PIM integration, managing ETS products will be easier and less time-consuming going forward. In addition, the website now has a fresh and modern visual design.
