Migrating an existing web service to G-Works for maintenance
Is there no one maintaining your current website? Or are you looking for a new web development partner? Changing providers doesn’t mean your website has to be completely redesigned. At G-Works, we actively take on the maintenance of websites built by other companies. Our client HJK is a good example of this. We took over maintenance of HJK’s current website through a refactoring project in the spring of 2022, and since then we’ve been providing maintenance for the site and further developing it using GWorks’ advanced development service. Progress on the website takeover
When a website is transferred to G-Works for maintenance, G-Works assumes responsibility for the site’s operational reliability and information security (our maintenance services are described in more detail here). For this reason, the existing website must be audited before it is transferred to us for maintenance. Any deficiencies in the website’s security or functionality identified during the audit must be corrected before the site is transferred to G-Works for maintenance.
