Extensive experience in system projects
Do you need a private area on your website to share information with members or resellers? Has your current ordering system or ERP fallen behind the times? Could a mobile app provide your customers with that crucial service experience? Sometimes a website is much more than just a website. We develop internal systems and customized web services for businesses and organizations.
System projects vary, and our project models adapt to the specific needs of each project. We maintain a strong focus on requirements definition, design, and conceptualization—both for the user interface and technical solutions.

Order management system and G-Works
The core of implementing an order and operations management system is to fully understand our client’s business and service processes. In our projects, we plan and map out the service path for each user level of the system. The goal is to make the entire system as user-friendly, automated, and secure as possible. For example, an order management system often needs to communicate seamlessly with multiple back-end systems within an organization, such as an invoicing system, an ERP, or a mobile app. We implemented a multi-component system for our client, Suomen Tulkkauspalvelu, in which we integrated the ordering system, mobile app, and ERP into a single, functional service. Mobile apps
Mobile apps offer several advantages over traditional websites. They enable push notifications to users, offline access, and generally provide a smoother user experience, as the service can be accessed directly from the app icon on a user’s phone or tablet. The mobile apps we develop are tailored to users’ needs. Whether it’s an internal corporate tool or an app aimed at customers, we use our design and testing methods to ensure that the end result is functional and user-friendly. We have developed mobile applications both as native apps available for download from app stores and as web apps (PWAs). We carefully assess the project’s starting point, needs, and goals as early as the proposal stage so that we can recommend the solution that best suits you.
A web app functions like a regular website and can be saved as an icon on a mobile device’s home screen, just like a native app. Its advantages over a native app are its lightweight nature and cost-effectiveness, both during development and maintenance. Since a web app is browser-based, there’s no need to purchase or install it separately from an app store. A web app also works directly on all devices, unlike a native app, which—depending on the implementation method—requires a separate release process for Android and iOS, at the very least. Native apps, on the other hand, have their own advantages: they can make better use of the device’s features and data. Furthermore, the fact that the app is available in an app store, such as the App Store or Google Play, can attract more users and strengthen user engagement. Additionally, for paid apps, the benefits of app stores are undeniable.

Integrations
Most of the web services we develop include one or more integrations with other systems. In our projects, we always strive to identify ways to make our clients’ work easier. Integrations enable the automatic flow of data between different systems, thereby reducing the amount of manual work since data does not need to be entered in multiple places.
Examples of our projects where we have implemented various integrations:
FC Inter
We implemented an integration for the website where match information, team and player statistics, and league standings are transferred in real time from the Finnish Football Association’s statistics system to the site.
ETS Nord
The company’s product data management was streamlined through an integration that imports product data directly from the product management system to the website in multiple language versions.
Celia Accessibility Library
A two-way integration has been implemented between the Celia Celianet audiobook service and the library system. User and collection data flow seamlessly between the systems.
