Verdis
Verdis (formerly Urbaser) is the third-largest waste management transportation service in Finland, providing its customers with environmentally friendly, responsible, and cost-effective environmental management services nationwide. We created a comprehensive website for Verdis that reflects these values.
Background & objectives
The old website didn’t accommodate the desired content and also needed smoother maintenance and a fresher look. Verdis also wanted a website that would set it apart from competitors in the industry in a distinctive yet elegant way. Key priorities included supporting sales, improving the company’s image as an employer, and highlighting its expert services.

Implementation
We designed and implemented a website redesign in collaboration with Verdik. The project progressed very smoothly according to schedule, and in addition to working on the website, we were also able to tackle other brand-related challenges.

The final result
The final website was completed on a tight schedule in just a few months. Both Verdiks and G-Works considered the website project a great success. The website was finished with some light animation. The project met its objectives, and Verdik now has an excellent foundation on which to continue developing the site.
Testimonial
We completed the website project on a very tight schedule—in just a few months around the turn of the year—and considering that, our website project was, overall, a great success. Working with G-Works has been flexible, and project management has been top-notch from the very beginning, even during the busiest times. The project manager did an excellent job of ensuring that both parties were clear on the next steps and deadlines, and communication has always been easy and prompt. In addition, any image editing and other tasks required throughout the project were handled very quickly. In my opinion, the project has met its objectives, and we now have an excellent foundation for further developing our websites.
