G-Works – the heartbeat at the core of customer service

When we talk about customer service, the “heartbeat” can refer to the very element that makes the service special—the one that keeps the system alive and breathes life into it. For us, this heartbeat is Respa.

History & What Is Respa

Although G-Works has always been committed to a customer-centric approach, there was no organized customer service channel for a long time prior to spring 2021. Customer service was provided alongside projects, which could limit efficiency and responsiveness.

Today’s Centralized Customer Service

But things are different now. Respa is G-Works’ centralized channel, specializing in serving customers—particularly regarding project maintenance and small-scale development.

What does Respa do?

  • Respa provides ongoing customer service, support, and maintenance, ensuring that clients’ websites are always reliable and optimized.
  • In addition, thanks to ongoing development services, websites don’t become stagnant. They remain progressive, adapting and evolving to meet customers’ needs.

How is Respa moving forward, and what are its future goals?

Respa’s vision is to be as proactive as possible. It is not merely a reactive service; rather, it actively seeks to identify and suggest development needs before the client even realizes they exist.

As part of this transformation, Respa is focusing on making its own services even more efficient. This involves implementing new technologies, such as artificial intelligence, to provide an even faster and more efficient service.

At the heart of all this, however, is one key goal: ensuring high customer satisfaction. This is the heartbeat that keeps Respa—and the entire G-Works organization—moving forward.
